Since 1989 owner and CEO of the Franke / Artemis Group; 1989 – 2012 CEO of the Franke Group, since 2013 CEO of Artemis Holding AG and its worldwide group companies. Michael Pieper controls the largest shareholder in Arbonia (see 1.2). Michael Pieper has never been part of the management board of Arbonia or one of its Group companies. He has no material business relationships with Arbonia or its Group companies.
